Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence at REISHI Lab. Singapore. Because our products are consumable supplements, we have to follow strict safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, opened products cannot be returned.
What can be returned
We can help if:

an item is missing from your order
If any of the above happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue promptly.
What cannot be returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

products with broken or removed seals

change-of-mind purchases

orders placed incorrectly by the customer

products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 14 business days to appear.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions before anything is sent back.
