Shipping policy

At REISHI Lab. Singapore, we aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or other non-working business days.

During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore

  • Malaysia

  • Thailand

  • Philippines

3. Delivery Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We use the following delivery partners:

Singapore

Orders within Singapore are shipped via SPX Express and typically arrive within about 2 business days after dispatch.

Malaysia

Orders to Malaysia are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Shipments to major cities may arrive sooner, while remote areas may take longer.

Thailand

Orders to Thailand are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch for major areas, though remote locations or customs processing may result in longer delivery times. This estimate is based on DHL’s Asia delivery guidance and Thailand express service positioning.

Philippines

Orders to the Philippines are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and destination area.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or minimum-spend shipping promotions. These promotions may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, depending on the courier system.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges arising from:

  • incorrect or incomplete address details

  • incorrect contact number or email

  • failure to receive the parcel

  • failure to respond to courier contact or delivery attempts

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Missed Deliveries and Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may attempt re-delivery, contact you directly, or require self-collection, depending on their procedures.

If the parcel is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number

  • your full name

  • photos of the product received

  • photos of the outer packaging

  • a short description of the issue

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Delivery Delays

While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier delays

  • customs inspections or customs clearance delays

  • weather disruptions

  • public holidays

  • high order volumes

  • incorrect address details

  • force majeure events

For international orders, customs processing may affect delivery timing. DHL also notes that actual transit times can vary depending on destination and service conditions.

10. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

Ownership of the product passes to you only after full payment has been received.

11. International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is permitted for import into the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, regulatory approvals, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for customs delays, confiscation, refusal of entry, or rejection by customs or local authorities.
